furries, complex animals, full mechas, NSFW, overly muscular characters, elderly, children, and offensive subjects.

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:

Copyright

1. I own the rights to the commissioned artwork.
2. You must give me credit when reposting my art.
3. You may use your commission to promote yourself, use on streams, print it, claim the right to your character, as long as you provide credit of the artwork to me.
4. You must not sell my art or use it for profit.
(You can use it on streaming and video content, with credit in bio or somewhere visible).
5. You may not remove my signature.
(No signature in Live2D Models, PNGTuber/GIFTuber Avatars, Emotes, Badges and Twitch Alert Animations)
6. I have the rights to display your commission on my social media and other platforms.
(Excluding private commissions).Private Commissions have a +40% fee.
If you don’t want your commission to be posted publicly you will have to pay +40% of the overall price. This does not mean you can use it for commercial rights.

General Terms

1. Please be clear when commissioning me.
2. References and clear instructions are needed, otherwise I may not be as accurate as you wish for me to be.
3. Provide a deadline if it’s needed, otherwise I may take as long as I need to get your commission (may sometimes not be able to accept deadlines).
4. I have the rights to reject your commission (before payment).
5. Bad or ill behaviour will result in the cancellation of future commissions.
6. Please try not to abuse my free revisions system.
7. If you need to discuss these terms please do it before commissioning me.All terms are subject to change.

Payment

All payments must be done through PayPal or Ko-Fi.Payments are only done when it gets to your turn in my waiting list, no need to pay beforehand!Option 1
Half-Half: You will be charged half of the price before sketch approval and the other half after sketch approval.*Option 2
Upfront: You can pay it all at once. This payment is done upfront before any work is done.*Live2D Rigging Half-Half Details: The first half is paid before starting rig and second half after Head, Eye and Mouth rigging is complete.Tips are accepted and appreciated!

Canceling/Refunding

You can only cancel commissions before payment.
I have the rights to cancel the commission and refund the money at any time.
Filing a chargeback will result in your loss of rights to the commission, thus I will be able to sell the artwork to other consumers, you will lose your right to commission me in the future and I will file a complaint for your chargeback.

How much is a toggle to remove a piece of clothing/accessory?
Free. Just tell me which ones to make a toggle for.Can I have a toggle to change only the bangs or the back hair?
Yes, for half the price of a hairstyle change you can choose to only change the bangs or back hair.What does Vbridger include?
Jaw Open, Mouth Funnel, Mouth Press Lip, Mouth Pucker, Mouth Shrug.
Tongue Out and Cheek Puff are separate pricing.Can I have the Live2D File?
I am currently not willing to share Live2D .cmo3 files (model file to work and edit on Live2D).
